an easy and great smelling way to freshen carpet (if you have it...works on rugs, too!)

20 drops of essential oil - - I use an equal ratio of lavender and fir needle to try to recreate a fragrance from Caldrea's Lavender Pine line
Mix together in a jar with a tight fitting lid, let rest overnight, sprinkle generously on the carpet and vacuum up.

Poppy needs help to get into her 'baby-swing' but is too small for the other 'big-kid' swing so we taught the kids to swing together...fortunately, they love it and can do this all by themselves~
This blossom broke off of our Oriental Poppy plant we planted last summer. I brought it inside to see if it would still bloom and after a couple of days of it not doing anything....we woke up to this!
...later in the afternoon, we noticed this!
and Monday morning.......THIS! YAY!
